Throughout my work with clients, I have learned how pervasive and destructive self-worth and self-esteem issues can be. Cultivating a positive sense of self-worth and self-esteem is foundational to mental health and overall life satisfaction. In therapy, I work with clients to explore and challenge negative self-perceptions, identify and celebrate strengths, and develop a more compassionate self-view. Through tailored interventions and a strengths-based approach, individuals can expect to build resilience, enhance confidence, and foster a greater sense of self-worth.
